Ingredients

  • 1.75 oz NEFT Vodka.
  • .75 oz pomegranate juice syrup
  • .25 oz maple syrup reduction
  • .25 oz lime juice.
  • 1 dash aztec chocolate bitters.
  • 1 oz egg whites

Directions


  1. Dry shake. Then add ice and shake vigorously.
  2. Strain into Coupe glass building the egg-white foam to a proud.
  3. Garnish with Rosemary sprig and sink Luxardo cherry.
