Erni's Christmas Holiday Wish
Simple and delicious, with just the right amount of spice. Garnish with a flaming date to add some festive flair.
Ingredients
- 2 oz NEFT vodka
- 1 sugar cube infused with whiskey barrel aged bitters
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 3 dashes Walnut bitters
- 2 Dashes of Cocoa Powder
- Egg Whites
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Shake vigorously.
- Add ice and shake again.
- Strain into martini class or coup.
- Garnish with crushed espresso beans or cocoa powder.
